£122,500 settlement for family of mesothelioma victim

The family of a man who died from mesothelioma has won a £122,500 settlement from his former employer, the London Strategic Health Authority. He had worked in the maintenance department of a hospital for 17 years, and his work included sawing through asbestos boards to make boxing to cover pipes, and even using asbestos panels to make ironing boards for the nurses.
