£600,000 in damages for RTA victim

A man who suffered serious head injuries when the car in which he was a passenger was involved in a collision with a lorry, has been awarded £600,000 in damages. He suffered trauma and pain at the time of the incident, but there are also long-term effects as a result of the brain injuries. He has undergone a transformation of his personality, and is now withdrawn and struggles socially. He also suffers anxiety when travelling in cars, and the possibility of returning to work is very poor, said his lawyer.
