O'SULLIVAN TAKES OVER AS CHAIRMAN AT OLD MUTUAL

Patrick O'Sullivan has taken over as Chairman of South Africa-based financial services group Old Mutual, succeeding Chris Collins, who has retired. Group CEO Julian Roberts said that the company thanked Mr Collins for "his guidance and management of the Board throughout his tenure and particularly during the extraordinarily tough market conditions of the last 18 months". Mr O'Sullivan retired in April 2009 after 11 years at Zurich Financial Services, where he had been vice-chairman from March 2007, with responsibility for Zurich international business.
