9 The Contract of Carriage

International Carriage of Goods by Road: CMR

The Contract of Carriage

201. Prologue

A contract for the carriage of goods by road entirely within the United Kingdom is governed by national law, i.e., the law of England (Wales and Northern Ireland) or the law of Scotland, as appropriate.
