Ban on wearing cross not discriminatory

Eweida v British Airways plc [2010] EWCA Civ 80, TLR 18 February

The employee appealed against the finding of the Employment Appeal Tribunal that the employer’s dress code which prevented a staff member from wearing a cross as a visible neck adornment was not directly or indirectly discriminately.
