Resolution Ltd appoints Tim Wade to board

TIM WADE, a director of Macquarie Bank International and Access Bank UK, has joined the board of Resolution Ltd. He is due to take up his post on May 19. Now resident in the UK, Wade is a former managing director of AMP Ltd, and between 1997 and 2000, was chief financial officer of Colonial Ltd, where he was closely involved in the rationalisation of the life insurance industry in Australia. Having joined the Resolution board, he will chair its audit and risk committee, serving alongside Mel Carvill, Fergus Dunlop, Phil Hodkinson and Denise Mileham.
