No correction under slip rule

Leo Pharma A/S and another v Sandoz Ltd [2010] EWHC 1911 (Pat), TLR 6 October

It is important to note that not every failure of an order to give effect to the court’s intention can be corrected under the slip rule contained in rule 40.12(1) of the Civil Procedure Rules. That is limited to accidental omissions.
