The action

At an ex parte hearing on 19 November 2010, Lord Glennie had granted warrant for arrestment following an ex parte hearing by the Scottish Court under s27 of the Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments Act 1982, and on the same day the intervention vessel Sarah was duly arrested within Montrose Harbour which is situated between Aberdeen and Dundee on the east coast of Scotland.
