UCATT members win £7.1m in accident compensation in 2010

Construction union UCATT won £7.1m in accident compensation on behalf of its members last year, up from £6.35m of compensation awarded to UCATT members in 2009. UCATT also won more than £1.4m for members in employment tribunal awards in 2010, a substantial increase compared with the figure recorded in 2009.
