FSA welcomes court’s dismissal of bankers’ PPI appeal

The Financial Services Authority (FSA) has welcomed the High Court’s dismissal of the British Bankers’ Association’s (BBA) and Nemo Personal Finance’slegal challenge to the FSA’s payment protection insurance (PPI) measures. It warned, however, this is not the end of the process, as the BBA and Nemo may seek to appeal the court’s judgment.
