Government sets out radical reform to employment law system

The Government has announced what it describes as “the most radical reform to the employment law system for decades.” Business Secretary Vince Cable announced the reform during a speech to EEF, the manufacturers’ organisation, revealing the results of a consultation on resolving workplace disputes and the Red Tape Challenge review of employment law.
