PART I: NON-DISCLOSURE FAILURE TO MAKE A FAIR PRESENTATION OF THE RISK
23-1 INTRODUCTION
It is customary to discuss misrepresentation and non-disclosure or failure to make a fair presentation of the risk separately, however, the line between the two may be barely discernible, for example, in the case of misrepresentation by half truth; above, 22-2F. The custom of separate discussion is followed in this book, except that the remedies are considered together in Part II: 23-14 ff.
