BILLS OF LADING PROVISIONS

This appendix sets out statutory provisions on bills of lading, relevant to the subject matter of this book. It also sets out relevant parts of the Rotterdam Rules (though at the time of writing, August 2010, it looks unlikely that these will ever become part of UK law, though it is of course possible that some of the thinking behind the Rules will eventually form part of UK law).
