PIRACY IN INTERNATIONAL LAW

This appendix sets out relevant provisions of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Seas 1982 (UNCLOS), and the Convention for the Suppression of Unlawful Acts against the Safety of Maritime Navigation 1988 (SUA), and the statutory provisions giving effect to them in UK law.
