Nairobi terror attack binds counter-terrorism community and underscores role of insurance – de Labillière

Last week’s terror attack on a Kenyan shopping centre will bind the international counter-terrorism community more closely together, and make it more determined in its fight, but it also underscores the importance of a holistic approach including insurance, according to James de Labillière, a distinguished former soldier and now head of counter terrorism at Hiscox.
