Business tenancy – partnership – claim to a new tenancy – opposition by landlord who is also a partner of the tenant partnership

This case raised some intriguing points where partners held a business tenancy protected by the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 where the landlord was one of the partners and who opposed the renewal of the tenancy.
