Charterparty – Whether vessel “in every way fitted for the voyage” – Whether vessel had adequate mooring facilities for loading installation

The vessel in London Arbitration 10/14 ([2014] 897 LMLN 2) was chartered to carry a cargo from the Mediterranean to the United Kingdom. The shippers refused to accept the vessel for loading, and eventually found an alternative fixture.
