Arbitration – Jurisdiction – Costs – Whether tribunal had jurisdiction to make costs award

Disputes arose under a charterparty of the vessel Imme and were referred to arbitration. The owners (Kasteli) brought claims against the charterers (Sun United), who, in turn brought cross-claims against Kasteli. Kasteli’s claims were secured by money paid by Sun United into an escrow account in the name of Sun United’s solicitors.
