NEW STARTERS: ALISTAIR LESTER, FERHAN OZAY AND CHRIS LAY BEGIN NEW ROLES

Alistair Lester becomes chief executive of Faber Global today, replacing Jason Howard who is moving to recently formed Lloyd’s entity Acappella Group. Ferhan Ozay also begins a new role today, formally becomes chief executive of Aon Benfield’s Turkish team today. He has replaced Servet Gurkan, who founded Aon Benfield Turkey in 2002.Ozay’s appointment is an internal promotion - he joined the company in 2006 to manage the treaty and facultative capabilities of the Turkish business, taking a sole focus on the facultative account in 2009.Chris Lay begins his new role as president of Marsh’s Global Captive Solutions business today. He has been with Marsh since 1984.
