Injunctions and the Arbitration Act 1996

INTRODUCTION

6.01 In Chapter 2, section 37 of the SCA was discussed. It will be recalled that both interim and final court injunctions can be granted under section 37 of the SCA. Under the Act, there are very limited circumstances where an English court can intervene by way of an injunction.
