Lifetime achievement

Cecilia Eckelmann-Battistello has been presented with a lifetime achievement award by Containerisation International which also recognises the humanitarian work of the International Chamber of Shipping, ports and shipping lines. The industry’s first Humanitarian Award was presented to the ICS for the guidance it produced for shipowners and crews on how to manage large-scale rescue operations at sea.
