Explosion rocks one of busiest ports

The ramifications of the explosion at the Port of Tianjin, starting on 12 August 2015, which according to the most recent reports has killed more than 114 people, are still being felt even as the port authority has indicated operations are returning to normal, as Craig Neame and Paul Wordley, of Holman Fenwick Willan, report

The explosion happened at one of the world’s busiest ports and a gateway to north-east China – Tianjin handles around 40% of cars imported into China alongside containerised cargos, metal ore, coal and crude oil.
