Vlamaki v Sookias & Sookias [2015] EWHC 3334 (QB), [2015] All ER (D) 218 (Nov); NLJ 4 December

The Queen’s Bench Division gave judgment in an appeal in relation to a cost decision of a master in regard to client billing under the Solicitors Act 1974. In so doing it interpreted an ambiguity in the retainer against the defendant solicitor.
