The electronic working pilot scheme

The existing pilot scheme (as set out in Practice Direction PD51J) allowing for the electronic filing of claims and subsequent documents in the Technology and Construction Court is replaced by PD 510. The new scheme extends the pilot to the Chancery Division, the Commercial Court, the Mercantile Court, and the Admiralty Court (“the Rolls Building Jurisdictions”). Compliance with the pilot scheme is not mandatory. The scheme will operate for one year from 16 November 2015.
