An enterprise wishing to export products to the United States will find no convenient single source of information about the legal requirements it must satisfy. As noted in its Preface (p. xxi), the volume reviewed here attempts to be “at least an introduction” to this topic. That the volume does not fully succeed may be attributed more to the difficulty of writing such an introduction than to the ability of the authors.
