1995 - REVIEW OF THE YEAR

INTRODUCTION

During 1995 CILL has reported over 30 cases on our usual basis of including extracts from the judgments. In selecting those cases, we have tried to choose the cases with the most direct importance in the area of construction law, but there have been numerous other cases and developments throughout the year which, for reasons of space, we have been unable to report in full. With this in mind, we now offer this round up of the year.
