Cyber crime warnings

The International Maritime Organization’s (IMO) Maritime Safety Committee, having considered the urgent need to raise awareness on cyber risk threats and vulnerabilities, has approved interim guidelines on maritime cyber risk management. The IMO said the guidelines provide high-level recommendations on risk management to safeguard shipping from current and emerging cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
