CUNNINGHAM LINDSEY OPENS TOKYO OFFICE

Claims management service provider Cunningham Lindsey has opened an office in Tokyo as part of its international expansion strategy. The Tokyo office marks the first Cunningham Lindsey-owned operation in Japan, which will be directed under the leadership of Yutaka Tada. The firm said it intended to increase the services it offers on a local level. Japan is the second-largest commercial insurance market globally after the US. Damon Bennett, chief executive of Cunningham Lindsey Asia-Pacific, said: "We are committed to building a successful operation in Japan across all areas of our service capability including catastrophes, major and complex loss, forensic accounting and TPA [third-party administrator] services.”
