PIONEER ADDS TO ENVIRONMENTAL LIABILITY TEAM

Pioneer has targeted further growth in its environmental liability business with the appointment of Maria Rozew to the team. Rozew, who was most recently with Chubb, has been appointed assistant vice president to Pioneer’s environmental liability team with immediate effect. At Chubb, she served as vice president for the southwest US region, with responsibility for the overall environmental risk business unit operations. Rozew began her environmental insurance career with XL Group. She will begin her Pioneer role with immediate effect, reporting to Jessica Huhn-Kenzik, vice president of environmental liability at Pioneer’s US underwriting platform, Pioneer Special Risk. Pioneer launched its environmental liability business with the appointment of Huhn-Kenzik in January last year.
