Eaglesham v Ministry of Defence [2016] EWHC 3011 (QB)

In a claim by a Royal Marine against the Ministry of Defence for breach of duty in failing to take steps to prevent or treat Q fever while he was on duty, the MoD was refused an extension of time to make specific disclosure, and its defence was struck out because it had breached an unless order.
