X v Kuoni Travel Ltd [2016] EWHC 3090 (QB)

A judge in the High Court has found that a travel company was not liable under the Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992 (SI 1992 No 3288), nor was it vicariously liable, for the sexual assault, including the rape, of a holidaymaker by an employee of the hotel at which she was staying.
