Couple lose battle to force FCA disclosure of disciplinary decision-making

The Financial Conduct Authority does not have to disclose internal documents about how it reaches disciplinary decisions regarding individual firms. This is the implication of a decision handed down by the Upper Tribunal after a husband-and-wife couple whose business had been fined £100,000 sought to see the documents relating to their case.
