Challenges

This final chapter identifies five challenges that international commercial arbitration will have to face if it is to develop in the future in Hong Kong and elsewhere. The five challenges mentioned here are by no means the only ones facing international commercial arbitration. However, they are challenges upon which the author feels that he can usefully comment on the basis of his personal experience.
