Introduction

This book concerns the practice of “international commercial arbitration in Hong Kong”. It is addressed to persons who are or would like to be international commercial arbitrators in Hong Kong. But it is also intended to be a handbook for anyone (students, academics, legal practitioners, and non-Hong Kong based arbitrators) wishing to know how the practice of international commercial arbitration is conducted in Hong Kong. From time to time, it also suggests ways in which that practice can be improved and developed.
