review regarding Royal Bank of Scotland’s treatment of small and medium-sized
enterprises transferred into its Global Restructuring Group around the time of
the financial crisis, has found “significant concerns”. Although the Financial
Conduct Authority, which published the summary, for a second time concludes
that “the most serious allegations” were not upheld, “the independent review
identified significant concerns about SME customer treatment by RBS”.
