Virtual currency exchange regulation confirmed as EU agrees Fifth ML Directive

A raft of changes to the European Union’s (EU) Fourth Money Laundering Directive (MLD4) have now been agreed, tightening EU criminal and terror financing rules following revelations in the Panama and Paradise Papers leaks and rising concern about terrorism.
