Global re/insurer XL Catlin North America division has launched an insurance package designed to provide a range of cover for marine contractors in the US. The new offering includes hull and protection & indemnity; marine general liability, including contractor’s legal liability; builder’s risk and installations; primary and excess liability, including umbrella; owners and contractors protective; contractors equipment; domestic and international transportation; property; and commercial motor. Coverage features and limits can be tailored for clients to include per project aggregate limits, contractual legal liability, automatic additional insureds, cover for waterborne equipment and a wide range of options for contractors equipment and builder’s risk and installations.
