Sale of ship – Buyers to take over and pay for bunkers and unused lubricating oils on delivery against commercial invoice provided by sellers – Disputes as to prices payable by buyers and as to whether buyers required to pay for hydraulic fluids

The subject vessel was sold by the claimant sellers to the respondent buyers for US$19 million. The memorandum of agreement (MoA) was on the Saleform 1993.
