Gee v DePuy International Ltd [2018] EWHC 1208 (QB)

Claims relating to defective products tend to be settled at an early stage because they are based on the principle of no-fault liability. For defective products, so there are relatively few reported cases. It follows that any disputes tend to turn on the nature of any apparent defect, and two such claims have recently appeared in the legal data bases.
