ED HIRES JORDAN AS PART OF MARINE GROWTH DRIVE

Global wholesale broker Ed has appointed Patrick Jordan as divisional director of its marine business. Jordan has joined from Lloyd & Partners and will be based in London for the new role. He will report to Heather Clarkson, Ed’s managing director for marine. Jordan began his insurance career at Steamship Mutual in 1991, later moving to brokers UIB and Benfield before joining Lloyd & Partners in 2010. He placed a range of risks at Lloyd & Partners, including hull & machinery, protection and indemnity, marine liability, yachts, builder's risks and ports and terminals covers.
