Five directors appeal in £76 million pensions review cases
By Neasa MacErlean
Five individuals and one firm have
appealed to the Upper Tribunal against FCA decision notices relating to pensions advice, acting without integrity and misleading the
regulator regarding assets of just over 2,000 customers who had invested £76 million. Two other firms were given decision
notices and public censures. Both these firms are in liquidation, so no fines were proposed against them. No appeals were
lodged by these two entities.
