UWOs in the UK – tactic or strategy?

With this morning’s [29 May 2019] news [1] that the UK National Crime Agency (NCA) in investigating how a politically exposed person afforded three London homes at a cost of UK£80m, Aziz Rahman of Rahman Ravelli asks if this second use of Unexplained Wealth Orders (UWOs) signals the opening of a steady flow of similar cases.
