Expanded disclosure rules planned for 2020 on credit finance commission

Brokers arranging consumer credit finance are expected to be subject to more explicit disclosure requirements about how they disclose the commission they receive from the beginning of Q2 next year. The FCA is now consulting on these proposals as well as new rules to ban commission in motor finance deals that are linked to the interest rate that the borrower is charged.
