Lack of senior management understanding contributes to record £44m Citi fine

Citigroup’s three UK arms have been given a combined £44 million fine by the PRA for regulatory failings that include senior
management and key governance committees having “limited understanding and awareness of the Firms’ own policies and procedures”.
