Construction industry urged to tackle mental health

Mates in Mind, a charity which works to improve and promote positive mental health within the construction industry, has urged employers to ensure that they are investing in their people rather than paying lip service to addressing mental health. It follows the release of the Health and Safety Executive’s (HSE) annual figures on work-related stress, depression or anxiety.
