Business federations concern over EC’s representative actions directive
The Council of the EU’s proposed changes to the European Commission’s proposal for a directive on representative actions have
prompted a group of 21 business federations, including Insurance Europe, to write to the Council calling an impact assessment
to be carried out on its proposed changes.
