Interview with Jean-Paul Gauzès

Mr Jean-Paul Gauzès is President of the European Financial Reporting Advisory Group Board, the organisation better known as EFRAG, which advises the European Commission on the endorsement of IFRS Standards becoming part of EU law, develops and promotes European views on financial reporting, and performs innovative research, most recently in the broader field of corporate reporting through the recently established European Corporate Reporting Lab@EFRAG (European Lab), which aims to identify and share good practices. In this interview, Mr Gauzès shares his thoughts on EFRAG’s remit, on the challenges it faces, and about how the European Lab is working in practice.
