Great Dunmow Estates Ltd v Crest Nicholson Operations Ltd and Others [2019] EWCA Civ 1683 (17 October 2019)

We summarised the first instance decision in our November 2018 edition Commercial Leases Volume 32 Issue 9 at p2598. The case concerned two valuation points arising from a contract for the sale of land. A third-party surveyor had been appointed to determine a number of fairly complex valuation disputes.
