OPTIO BUYS POLITICAL VIOLENCE MGA
Managing general agent (MGA) Optio has agreed to buy Newbridge Risk Partners. Newbridge, which launched on Castel Underwriting Agencies’ MGA formation platform in 2015, writes a book of political violence and terrorism risks in emerging markets regions. Chris Kirby and Henry Buchanan, the Newbridge team, are joining Optio with immediate effect.
