Professional services firms worked for corrupt Angolan PEP, investigative journalists claim

Isabel dos Santos, Africa’s richest woman, was able to build a fortune in Angola, often benefiting from government decrees signed by her father while president, and then shield it with the help of Western accounting, consulting and law firms, according to the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists (ICIJ).
